We can register your chosen company name with Companies House and maintain this for you, for as long as you want to keep it reserved. The registration is made by London Registrars, so your personal information is not going onto the public registers. You will receive a guarantee from us giving you full rights to the company name so that nobody else will be able to register a company in that name, or in a name too similar. We will file all documents required under the Companies Act 2006 during the reservation period. If you decide at any point that you no longer need the name reservation, we would apply to Companies House for the company to be removed from the register at our cost.

Our fee for this service would be £59 plus VAT per company which is inclusive of any Companies House fees. If the company stays on reservation beyond one year, the annual renewal fee would be £49 plus VAT per company.

If and when you wish to acquire the company, we will transfer it to you and take care of all the documentation for our usual activation / incorporation fee of £99 plus VAT per company.
