£239 plus VAT per annum

A business address service is often used by companies who may have a virtual office with directors or employees working from their respective homes or who may have a unit in a trading estate, but who would like to present a suitable corporate image to their clients.

Whatever your reason, you would be able to take advantage of displaying our central London address with an EC1 postcode on your stationery and website, etc.

Our general business address service includes:

• the use of our central London address as your ‘virtual’ business and general trading address
• mail forwarding to your designated address in accordance with your instructions (which will be agreed between us at the outset)
• mail storage for up to 12 months if required

The annual cost of using our general business address service is £239 plus VAT, but if you are already subscribing to our basic company secretarial support package or to our Registered Office address service, the cost of the Business Address service would be discounted by 50%.

If we are forwarding mail by scanning and emailing, this would be free of charge (subject to fair usage policies). If by mail, the forwarding charges are £1 plus VAT per envelope, plus the cost of the actual postages. Where mail is delivered signed-for or by courier, we will check with you on each occasion as to how you would like this dealt with, but if we are instructed to forward it by signed for, special delivery or courier, there would be a handling charge of £17.50 plus VAT to cover our time for visiting and queuing at the Post Office or booking couriers and filling in airway bills in addition to the actual postage or courier costs.

Please note: In order to protect the reputation of London Registrars and our clients, all items of mail other than those from Companies House, HMRC and The Court Service will be opened before being forwarded to ensure that this service is used for the purposes it is intended to.

To comply with anti-money laundering regulations, we will be asking for ID documents and proof of address in respect of each director and any shareholder with more than 25% shareholding.
