Dormant Company Accounts

If your company has not traded since its incorporation, we will be happy to prepare and submit your dormant accounts (DCAs).Our price for this service, including all liaison and the preparation of the directors written resolution for the approval of the DCAs, is £99 plus VAT.

Non Trading Accounts

If your company has been trading at some point but subsequently became ‘dormant’, we will be able to prepare your non-trading accounts for a fee of £129 plus VAT.
